I don’t want to make any promises but the friend of mine who really turned me onto it has chronic Lyme and said it was hugely helpful for her.

Totally understand. There are SO many. I posted a link to the one my friend sent me. I like it! And it’s FDA-approved. The brand is called Scienlodic.

Hugely helpful.

Take a look at PRISM and NovoTHOR beds.

My mom and I use a PRISM and sister a NovoTHOR.

We live in different cities so our access to the units is different (physical therapy center, wellness center, chiropractor, etc)

If I could afford to buy one for home I would 😂

I’ve tried alot things through the last three decades.

Photobiomodulation definitely has a place in my life, and currently not in the back of the closet 😉

My local PT center offers up to 12 sessions for $199/month. I encourage you to try the more powerful PRISM or NovoTHOR.

I love the idea of this! I’ve been doing it for a year but the issue is that it’s combined w sauna which makes my long Covid symptoms much worse. I’ll have to invest in one myself it looks like!

Dana thanks as always for sharing your experiences. Without endorsing, can you share which one you got? I will reread your post to see if I can figure it out.

I have a Beurer IL50 Infrared Heat Lamp for Muscle Pain and Cold Relief, Light Therapy. I bought it several years ago for Lyme issues. I had a very painful sinus infection once and could not sleep. The lamp was the only thing that brought me any relief, although temporary. I got antibiotics once I could get in to see the doctor but I was so glad I had the lamp for relief. Now I mostly use it when my teeth/jaw/sinuses are bothering me. I sometimes forget I have it so thanks for the reminder!

This sounds marvelous! But all I want to know is will it help decrease high levels of internal inflammation and overall fatigue from Lyme and EBV?

To improve your sleep, where did you place the light? Did you look at it or lay/wrap the pad on your body?

I usually lay on it or put it over my stomach.

Are there any sources that can help us find reputable light companies? I'm hesitant to buy one without direction.

Not sure if my comment posted. I shared the link to the one my friend sent me which is called ScienLodic. I like it and it’s FDA-approved. There are tons so you may prefer a larger or diff one. She got me this one so I can travel with it.
